1- It is considered the best herb for the Heart. It gives strength to heart muscles, acts as a stimulant for the heart, is a natural cardiac tonic, has wound healing properties, used in conditions of hyperlipidemia, high blood pressure, hemorrhages, diabetes, and fractures.

2- It is an astringent, antioxidant, anti-hypertensive, and febrifuge.

Indications - It is used externally in fractures and wounds. It is used internally in cardiac disorders, edema, bleeding hemorrhoids, cough, emaciation, and injury, disorders of the blood, bleeding disorders, diabetes, obesity, and chronic fever.
