Common Uses -

1- Anthelmintic, Anti-fungal, Anti-diabetic, Anti-bacterial, Anti-viral, contraceptive, and sedative. It is particularly prescribed for skin disease.

2- Neem oil is also used for healthy hair, to improve liver function, detoxify the blood, and balance blood sugar levels.

Indications-

1- The herb is used externally in the form of paste or decoction for washing in eye disorders.

2- Used as a paste for lepa (external application) and oil for massage in skin disorders. Also used in itching, wound, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, haemorrhoids. It is used internally in disorders of blood, haemorrhoids, intermittent fever and disorders of fat metabolism.
